Yamaha YZF-R1 whose designs are inspired from the MotoGP rider Valentino Rossi will soon enter the auction hall. This motor is expected to sell terlelang a price of more than U.S. $ 30,000.
This motor is actually already been auctioned off in November last year, but will re-enter the auction at the upcoming May 14, 2011 at Quail Lodge in Caramel Valley, California with a firm Bonhams auction.
Graphic design of this bike was made by Don Emde which is also the Project leader and winner of the Daytona 200 race in 1972 and executed by Aldo Drudi.
Helmet graphics mimic that is often used by The Doctor. This is not surprising since Paolo Bacchiarello which is one of the designers of AGV helmets also appeared to have also participated in the team that made this bike.

The motorcycle was personally signed by Rossi. And for pambelinya, Yamaha will give a course to race day at the Yamaha Champions Riding School.
As with previous auctions, the results from this auction will be used for charity. The proceeds from this auction will be taken to Africa to buy needed medicines.
